These Terms and Conditions will apply every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website or view the information we provide.
We reserve the right to update and amend any part of the website.
All items on My Kind Of Gift's Website are subject to stock availability. A preparation in progress email will be sent to indicate that we have accepted your order.
We My Kind Of Gift are the operators of this website, and the contents of it are either our property or are used under license from our suppliers. We are the owners of the compilation of information in this website.
Our rights and those of our suppliers are protected by UK, European, and international intellectual property laws, including those for the protection of copyrights, trademarks, and database rights. Misuse of this website may incur civil liability or attract criminal sanctions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access our website for the purposes of browsing our product offer(s), or ordering goods from us. Your license to access our website does not extend to any commercial use of our website, or to any use of our website whatsoever which is for the benefit of any commercial entity other that of our own.

You are permitted to link to our home page, provided that the link is not misleading, false, derogatory, or otherwise prejudicial to our interests, but you are expressly not permitted to use any of our logos or graphics either as or in connection with such a link.
Payments can be accepted using Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB and Paypal.
All prices on the website are in pounds sterling. Delivery prices are quoted for UK delivery. All prices include VAT.
We are a VAT registered, Ltd company our VAT registration number is 152875784 our company number is 08474479. Our registered office is The Unique Gift Store Ltd. 7 James Street, Chesterfield S41 7JE.
Most of our orders are despatched using the Royal Mail or Parcel Force (occasionally we may us an alternative carrier which is at our discretion). Although we undertake to dispatch goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time we only give an estimated time based on the Royal Mail and other carrier's guide lines. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. When your parcel has been despatched using the Royal Mail/Parcel Force/ other carriers, deliveries are based on their rules and conditions for delivery. If your parcel is lost (delayed for guaranteed deliveries) you may be entitled to compensation based upon the terms and conditions under which the Royal Mail/Parcel Force/ other carriers operate. Items sent by Premium Delivery , Super Saver, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date. For a signed for service 10 working days.
We shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts or civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
We deliver to the delivery address that you provide us with at the time of ordering, this is the delivery address that is on the order placed on My Kind Of Gift's website, so please check your details carefully. Your order is available to view through My Kind Of Gift's website in the 'My Orders' section as soon as you place an order. Delivery is made to an address not to a stated person.
Please note a full refund will only be issued if your parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is dispatched it will need to be returned to us before a refund is issued, the refund will be less the amount for postage and packaging unless the item is faulty. If you change your mind and we have already made your order a refund will be issued but is subject to a 10% admin fee.
Your order and all of its ingredients must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in the full original packaging. Please note refunds will not be issued for Nappy Cakes if the nappies are unwrapped or any of the items opened due to hygiene reasons. Chocolate bouquets if faulty must be still intact, in their original sealed cellophane gift wrapping. Baby bouquets the clothing must not have been removed from the bouquets. The bouquet must be still fully intact and in its original wrapper. All other items must be in their original wrappers. Refunds will be issued once the item is received by us in an acceptable condition. Items must be returned to us within 7 days. Please contact us prior to sending a return. We advise that you send your items by recorded delivery. Refunds exclude postage and packaging.
Please note Chocolate bouquets are handmade to order and perishable therefore are non returnable or refundable.
Postage refunds will only be issued for Guaranteed Service based upon the Royal Mail's, delivery/attempted delivery information, this information will determine if a refund is due. We nor the Royal Mail are not liable for refunds of postage for circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts or civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots. Refunds of postage will not be made for delays due to snow, floods, winds (acts of God).
